The MTC Strength Programming offers a customized plan for the individual. Every athlete gets 24/7 access to our weight room to complete their program.

The program begins with a strength performance assessment to better understand how the individual moves and which areas need addressed. The program is then built into our custom app. The athlete clicks on their profile within the app then the day to see what they have programmed. This allows us to track progress and continue to evolve the program for the athlete.
