The Medici Training Center Speed and Conditioning membership offers a comprehensive program designed to enhance athletic performance, focusing on speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

Youth and High School Athletes: The membership includes tailored programs for young athletes, emphasizing foundational athletic skills. This involves speed movements, agility training, plyometric mechanics, and overall conditioning to excel in sports. The center provides a nurturing environment where young athletes learn body mechanics, awareness, and self-care to prevent injuries and improve performance.
