Our Approach
​​We take a customized approach to instruction. No one player is built and moves the same as the next. This is why not every player can be instructed the same, what may work for one player may not work for the next. Our focus is to understand the player's profile and how they want to move then optimize those movement patterns to be more efficient.
Mike Medici
Instructor
Mike Medici is currently in his tenth year as an amateur area scout for the Texas Rangers covering the Midwest. Prior to the Rangers Medici spent four years with the Toronto Blue Jays. In his scouting career Medici has signed fifteen players to minor league contracts. Two of which have debuted in the MLB, Ryan Borucki of the Toronto Blue Jays and Kyle Cody of the Texas Rangers.
Prior to entering the professional ranks Medici spent two years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Division 1 Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. In that time the team offense ranked nationally in multiple statistical categories. Medici coached 6 All-Conference Players, 1 Player of the Year, and 7 MLB Draft Selections in those two years.
As a player Medici spent four years at Division 1 Niagara University where he was a multi-year All-MAAC Conference selection and was a Johnny Bench award nominee in 2006.
Blake Monar
Instructor - Pitching
Blake is a two-time MLB draftee with a passion for biomechanics and pitching. He was drafted out of high school by the New York Yankees, but opted to continue his academic and athletic career at Indiana University.
After three seasons at Indiana, he began his professional career with the Washington Nationals. Since beginning his coaching career he draws from cutting edge research, while still teaching fundamentals to help athletes of all ages and developmental levels.
Ryan McCaslin
Instructor - Hitting, Pitching, Infield, Outfield & Catching
Former Varsity Baseball player at Avon High School. Following Avon, Ryan went on to play collegiately at Otterbein University. Ryan has coached for the past ten years as a competitive travel ball coach. During the time Ryan has instructed players on pitching, hitting, catching and infield work. In addition he has instructed players on arm care health and velocity training.

Sydney Wilson
Instructor - Pitching
Currently on staff at Brownsburg High School working primarily with JV team and pitchers throughout the high school season.

Brad Bates
Instructor - Hitting, Catching, Infield & Outfield
Brad is an experienced coach from the 8U-HS Head Coach levels, including taking Easter Greene HS to their first regional title. During those 12+ years his focus was on player development and the mental aspect of the game, with a focus on catcher development. As a player, Brad played baseball at UIndy as a catcher coming out of Castle HS in Newburgh, IN.
Jason Addis
Instructor - Hitting, Infield, Outfield
Jason is an experienced coach heading into his 5th season of travel ball coaching. Jason was a two sport college athlete at the University of Saint Francis.
Jason uses state-of-the-art technology at the MTC Performance Lab to give clients immediate feedback helping to reinforce physical and mental adjustments. By focusing on the mental and physical aspects of hitting Jason helps clients reach their potential.
